Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply to AI audit, pilot, implementation and training services, as well as related maintenance.

AI Audit, Pilot, Implementation, Training. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines are specified in the quote or engagement letter. For the pilot you receive: an agent or workflow deployed in production, the source code in your Git repo, technical documentation, two user training sessions, 30 days of post-deployment support, and a 30-day ROI measurement report.

All prices are in CHF, excluding VAT. Unless agreed otherwise, payment terms are stated in the quote: a deposit is paid on signing and the balance is invoiced on delivery. Payment terms: net 30.

Audit: 1 to 2 weeks. Pilot: 4 to 6 weeks. Implementation: 8 to 16 weeks. Timelines start on receipt of the deposit and of all elements required for the engagement.

On delivery and full payment, you obtain full ownership of the delivered code and associated documentation. Vizionaire retains ownership of its internal tools and reusable components, granted to you under a non-exclusive licence for the scope of the engagement.

Vizionaire commits to strict confidentiality on all information shared by the client. An NDA can be signed on request before the audit phase.

At the start of the project, we agree quantified success indicators with you. At the end of the pilot, those indicators are measured over 30 days and documented in a report. If a contractually agreed objective is not met, we propose a corrective action plan at no additional cost on the affected scope.

Vizionaire's liability is capped at the total amount of the relevant engagement. Vizionaire cannot be held liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

Either party may terminate the engagement in case of serious breach not remedied after formal notice. Services already rendered remain due.

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Geneva.
